Pork Chops in Mushroom Sauce



Happy Tuesday, another weekend over and it's back to the grind, boooooo, bring on Friday!

Pork Chops in Mushroom Sauce

Cooking with booze, mmmm booze *drools*



What you'll need:
  1. 8 boneless Pork Chops
  2. 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  3. 2 teaspoons Jamaican Jerk Seasoning
  4. 2 eggs, beaten
  5. 1/2 cup flour
  6. 3 cups Panko bread crumbs
  7. 1/2 cup olive oil
  8. 10.75 oz can, cream of mushroom soup
  9. 1/2 cup white wine
  10. 1/3 cup milk
Instructions:
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°.
  2. Season Pork Chops with Garlic Powder and Jerk Seasoning. 
  3. Place the beaten eggs in a small bowl. 
  4. Cover the pork chops in flour then dip in the egg then coat with Panko bread crumbs. 
  5. Heat the Olive Oil in a medium skillet over medium high heat.
  6. Fry the Pork Chops 3-4 minutes per side until the breading is well browned. 
  7. Transfer the Pork Chops to a 9x13 inch baking dish and cover with foil. 
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, flip the Pork Chops and bake for another 20 minutes.
  9. Combine the Cream of Mushroom Soup, Milk and Wine in a medium bowl.
  10. After the Pork Chops have baked, remove from oven and cover them with the soup mixture.
  11. Replace foil, and bake for another 15 - 20 minutes. 
  12. Eat up!
