It's here, the season finale of Psych, that came way too quick, so this will be the last Psych themed/related recipe until the musical in the fall, this is a simple one, keeping it easy.
Grilled Pineapple

Can you spot the pineapple? shhhh..you'll scare it away. |
What
you'll need:
- Grill
- Gallon Storage Bag
- 1 Pineapple, cored and sliced about a half inch thick
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon Honey
- 1/2 Tablespoon Sriracha
- 1/4 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
Instructions:
- Place Pineapple slices into Gallon Storage bag.
- Add in Olive Oil, Balsamic Vinegar, Honey, Sriracha and Cayenne.
- Mix well and seal.
- Place into refrigerator for minimum of 1 hour.
- Heat Grill on high.
- Place Pineapple slices onto grill.
- Grill until lightly browned and grill marks show then flip, do the same for the other side.
- Remove.
- Eat Up.

Let sit for minimum of 1 hour, preferably 1 day in fridge. |
