Grilled Pineapple Cheddar & Pepper Jack Sandwich



Ah Wednesday, we are half way to the weekend folks, what that also means is new Psych night and with it comes another pineapple/cinnamon-ish related recipe.

Grilled Pineapple Cheddar & Pepper Jack Sandwich

Bacon Grease in a Jar, seriously, if you don't save your
bacon grease, you should really consider starting




What you'll need:
  1. Large frying pan
  2. 1 slice fresh Pineapple
  3. 2 slices Raisin Cinnamon Bread
  4. 3 tablespoons Bacon Grease
  5. 1 slice Cheddar Cheese
  6. 1 slice Pepper Jack Cheese
  7. 1/4 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Instructions:
  1. Place 1 tablespoons bacon grease into pan on medium low heat.
  2. Add Pineapple slice and fry til it gets a light brown on each side.
  3. Remove Pineapple slice and set aside.
  4. Set heat to low.
  5. Spread 1/2 tablespoon on each side of both slices of Raisin Cinnamon bread.
  6. Place bread into pan and top each slice with half of the Shredded Cheddar.
  7. Once browned flip 1 of the bread slices, shredded cheese now facing the pan.
  8. Add Slice of Cheddar, Pineapple and Slice of Pepper Jack to the slice of bread with the Cheese side down.
  9. Top sandwich with the 2nd slice of bread with cheese side facing up.
  10. Once browned flip and heat other side, shredded cheese side facing down until brown.
  11. Eat Up! And Don't forget to watch tonight's new episode of Psych.
