Oh Friday, the greatest day of the work week, if only you could be Saturday and then proceed to be every day, but still, you are quite a bit better than that bastard we call Monday. Enjoy the weekend, it appears as if it's going to be a nice one.
Potato Salad

What
you'll need:
- Large Pot
- Medium Pot
- Large Bowl
- 5 Eggs
- 6 Slices Bacon, Crispy and Crumbled (2 slices crispy and crumbled reserved for top garnish)
- 2 Tablespoons Horseradish Mustard
- 1 Cup Mayonnaise
- 3 Stalks Celery, Chopped
- 3 Green Onions, Chopped
- 2 lbs Potatoes, (4-6 Small Potatoes)
- 1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
- 1/4 Teaspoon Garlic Salt
- 1/4 Teaspoon Celery Salt
- 1/4 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
Instructions:
- Place the Potatoes into the large pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil.
- Cook for about 20 minutes, or until tender. Drain and Cool.
- Place eggs into the medium pot and cover with cold water.
- Bring to a boil and remove from heat immediately.
- Cover and let stand for 10 to 12 minutes.
- Remove from hot water and drain, run cold water over the eggs and allow to cool.
- Peel and chop the eggs and place them into the large bowl.
- Peel and chop the potatoes and add to the bowl with the eggs.
- Add Green Onion, Celery, Pepper, Garlic Salt, Celery Salt, Cayenne, Horseradish Mustard, Mayonnaise, and Bacon to bowl with Potatoes and Eggs.
- Mix Well.
- Sprinkle remaining crumbled bacon over top.
- Eat Up!
