Pineapple Upside Down Cake Martini

Another Psych Wednesday is here, so spot the pineapple? Close enough right? I think this is the halfway point in the season, I have to think of 8 more Psych, Cinnamon or Pineapple related recipes to keep with the intended Psych-ish theme. Enjoy, don't forget to watch tonight at 10 on USA.

Pineapple Upside Down Cake Martini

Another quick and easy one this week folks, enjoy.

What you'll need:

1. Shaker full of ice
2. Jigger
3. Strainer
4. Spoon
5. Martini Glass
6. 2 oz Vanilla Vodka
7. 2 oz Pineapple Juice
8. 1 oz Amaretto
9. Splash of Grenadine

Instructions:

1. Add Vanilla Vodka, Pineapple Juice, and Amaretto to Shaker.
2. Shake the hell out of it.
3. Strain into Martini Glass.
4. Drizzle a splash of Grenadine down the back of the spoon and into the glass.
5. Drink!
