Spices! |
What
you'll need:
- Large resealable bag
- bowl
- 2 tablespoons Cajun Seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
Instructions:
- Combine Cajun, Pepper, Cayenne, Salt, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder and Vegetable Oil in a bowl and mix well.
- Drop Chicken 1 at a time into bowl and cover well, massage the marinade into the breast (get your mind out of the gutter)
- Toss Chicken into bag and repeat with the rest of the chicken.
- Seal bag and place into fridge for minimum 2 hours, I recommend a full day.
- Broil the Chicken on low for 15 minutes, flip and broil 10 minutes on other side. (Cook however you like, just make sure the internal temp is 165°)
- Chicken is done when internal temp is 165°.
- Eat Up!

Note to self, don't drink the bowl, reach for beer instead |
|
Second Note to self, don't lick fingers |
|
Now is the hard part....the wait *watches clock* |
|
Cooking time, fire it up, fire it up! |
|
Done, gather round peons, for it is time to feast. |
