Welcome to Tuesday, time for a new recipe, for those who are following/reading/watching, whatever the fuck you're doing, I will try to update in a regular pattern, twice a week, Tuesdays and Thursdays, Enjoy.
Strawberry Gin and Tonic

Ingredients:
- Collins Glass
- Shaker
- Muddler
- Strainer
- Jigger
- Stirring spoon or stick
- 1/2 oz lime juice
- 1 oz simple syrup
- 1 large strawberry sliced, reserving 1 slice for garnish
- 2 oz gin
- Tonic water
- Ice

Instructions:
- Add the simple syrup, lime juice and strawberry slices to the shaker (keep 1 slice for garnish to the side).
- Muddle the strawberry slices.
- Add ice and 2 ounces of gin.
- Shake the hell out of it.
- Strain into Collins glass filled with ice.
- Top with Tonic water and stir.
- Add slice of strawberry to side of the glass to garnish.
- Drink!
