Chicken Caesar Salad

This takes a lot of shit, but it's fairly easy. |
What You'll Need for Croutons:
- Skillet
- Baking Sheet
- 1 Medium container
- 4 slices of bread cut into small cubes
- Olive Oil
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons thyme
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
- salt and pepper
What You'll Need for Dressing:
- Blender
- 1 small container
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 can of anchovy fillets, 8 - 10 fillets
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 2 tablespoons Dijon Mustard
- 3/4 cup Olive Oil
- salt & pepper
What You'll Need for Salad:
- 1 large container
- 1 head of romaine lettuce
- 2 lbs of grilled/cooked chicken cut into cubes
- 2 ounce can of black olives
- 1 large red bell pepper cut into cubes
Instructions for Croutons:
- Preheat oven to 325°
- Coat bottom of skillet pan with Olive Oil.
- Add garlic powder, thyme and rosemary and heat on medium heat for 1 - 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat.
- Add bread cubes and toss to coat.
- Spread bread cubes onto baking sheet and salt & pepper to taste.
- Put in oven for 15 minutes.
- Allow to cool and put into medium container.
Instructions for Dressing:
- In Blender add Parmesan Cheese, anchovies, 4 garlic cloves, lemon juice, dijon mustard and olive oil.
- Blend til smooth, adding salt & pepper to taste.
- Pour into small container.
Instructions for Salad:
- In a large bowl tear apart the lettuce.
- Add grilled chicken, black olives and red bell pepper.
- Toss
That's pretty much it, now just combine the 3 however the fuck you want, sprinkle on some Parmesan cheese and eat that shit up.
