Tuesday again, have another drink

Rainier Cherry Gin and Tonic

Fruit, it's not bacon, but when bacon won't work, add fruit

Ingredients:

1. Pint Glass
2. Shaker
3. Muddler
4. Strainer
5. Jigger
6. Stirring spoon or stick
7. 1/2 oz lemon juice
8. 1 oz simple syrup
9. 5 rainier cherries pitted, 1 cherry for garnish
10. 3 oz gin
11. Tonic water
12. Ice

Instructions:

1. Add the simple syrup, lemon juice and pitted rainier cherries to the shaker.
2. Muddle the cherries.
3. Add ice and 3 ounces of gin.
4. Shake the hell out of it.
5. Strain into pint glass filled with ice.
6. Top with Tonic water and stir.
7. Add rainier cherry to the drink to garnish.
8. Drink!
