Tuesday again, have another drink
Rainier Cherry Gin and Tonic

Fruit, it's not bacon, but when bacon won't work, add fruit |
Ingredients:
- Pint Glass
- Shaker
- Muddler
- Strainer
- Jigger
- Stirring spoon or stick
- 1/2 oz lemon juice
- 1 oz simple syrup
- 5 rainier cherries pitted, 1 cherry for garnish
- 3 oz gin
- Tonic water
- Ice
Instructions:
- Add the simple syrup, lemon juice and pitted rainier cherries to the shaker.
- Muddle the cherries.
- Add ice and 3 ounces of gin.
- Shake the hell out of it.
- Strain into pint glass filled with ice.
- Top with Tonic water and stir.
- Add rainier cherry to the drink to garnish.
- Drink!
