Jerk Chicken

What
you'll need: Blender, Two 1 gallon sealable plastic bags, 4 green onions (chopped), 1 large onion (chopped), 2 jalapeno peppers (seeded and chopped), 4 cloves of garlic, 3/4 cup soy sauce, 1/2 cup white vinegar, 1/4 cup vegetable oil, 2 tablespoons brown sugar, 1/2 tablespoon thyme, 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves, 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg, 1/2 teaspoon ground allspice, 3 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts.
Instructions:
- Put the Green Onions, Onion, Jalapeno Peppers, Garlic, Soy Sauce, White Vinegar, Vegetable Oil, Brown Sugar, Thyme, Cloves, Nutmeg and Allspice into the blender.
- Blend til Smooth.
- Put the chicken into 2 separate sealable bags and dump half the marinade in each.
- Refrigerate over night, flipping the bags and massaging the marinade into the chicken occasionally.
- Lightly oil the grill grate.
- Preheat Grill for high heat.
- Add chicken to the grill and cook til an instant read thermometer reads 165° or til juices run clear.
- Remove from grill and let sit for an additional 5 minutes.
- Eat Up!
