Spicy Chicken Marinade

Friday! It's about damn time you got here. Warmer weather appears to be rolling in so here is a marinade to get ready for the grill. (at time of cooking, I broiled, because it was still too cold for my patience :p)

Spicy Chicken Marinade

Spices!

What you'll need:
  1. Large resealable bag
  2. bowl
  3. 2 tablespoons Cajun Seasoning
  4. 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  5. 1/4 teaspoon cayenne
  6. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  7. 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  8. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  9. 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  10. 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
Instructions:
  1. Combine Cajun, Pepper, Cayenne, Salt, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder and Vegetable Oil in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Drop Chicken 1 at a time into bowl and cover well, massage the marinade into the breast (get your mind out of the gutter)
  3. Toss Chicken into bag and repeat with the rest of the chicken.
  4. Seal bag and place into fridge for minimum 2 hours, I recommend a full day.
  5. Broil the Chicken on low for 15 minutes, flip and broil 10 minutes on other side. (Cook however you like, just make sure the internal temp is 165°)
  6. Chicken is done when internal temp is 165°.
  7. Eat Up!

Note to self, don't drink the bowl, reach for beer instead
Second Note to self, don't lick fingers
Now is the hard part....the wait *watches clock*
Cooking time, fire it up, fire it up!
Done, gather round peons, for it is time to feast.
CHICKENZ!!!
