Potato Salad



Oh Friday, the greatest day of the work week, if only you could be Saturday and then proceed to be every day, but still, you are quite a bit better than that bastard we call Monday. Enjoy the weekend, it appears as if it's going to be a nice one.

Potato Salad

You're damn right there's bacon, why wouldn't there be




What you'll need:
  1. Large Pot
  2. Medium Pot
  3. Large Bowl
  4. 5 Eggs
  5. 6 Slices Bacon, Crispy and Crumbled (2 slices crispy and crumbled reserved for top garnish)
  6. 2 Tablespoons Horseradish Mustard
  7. 1 Cup Mayonnaise
  8. 3 Stalks Celery, Chopped
  9. 3 Green Onions, Chopped
  10. 2 lbs Potatoes, (4-6 Small Potatoes)
  11. 1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
  12. 1/4 Teaspoon Garlic Salt
  13. 1/4 Teaspoon Celery Salt
  14. 1/4 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
Instructions:
  1. Place the Potatoes into the large pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil.
  2. Cook for about 20 minutes, or until tender. Drain and Cool.
  3. Place eggs into the medium pot and cover with cold water.
  4. Bring to a boil and remove from heat immediately.
  5. Cover and let stand for 10 to 12 minutes. 
  6. Remove from hot water and drain, run cold water over the eggs and allow to cool.
  7. Peel and chop the eggs and place them into the large bowl.
  8. Peel and chop the potatoes and add to the bowl with the eggs.
  9. Add Green Onion, Celery, Pepper, Garlic Salt, Celery Salt, Cayenne, Horseradish Mustard, Mayonnaise, and Bacon to bowl with Potatoes and Eggs.
  10. Mix Well.
  11. Sprinkle remaining crumbled bacon over top.
  12. Eat Up!

So much deliciousness
kinda looks sloppy
Leave it to bacon to make it look like a million bucks /drool
