Tomato Basil & Mozzarella Baguettes

What You'll Need:
- French Baguette cut into half inch slices (I had about a half of a loaf left which came out to 16 slices about a half inch thick)
- small bowl
- 2.5 tablespoons butter, softened
- 2 cloves of garlic chopped
- half teaspoon olive oil
- salt & pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoons oregano
- Fresh Basil, chopped
- Mozzarella Cheese, 16 slices about 1/8 inch thick
- 3 plumb tomatoes cut into 1/4 inch slices "makes about 16"
Instructions for garlic spread:

In bowl mix the butter, garlic, olive oil, oregano, salt & pepper.
- Spread onto each baguette slice.
Instructions for baguettes:
- Set broiler on Oven to Low.
- Place Baguettes with the garlic butter spread on a baking sheet or pizza tray.
- Bake in the oven for about 4 minutes(the edges should just begin to brown)
- Remove from oven
- Add 1 slice of tomato to each baguette.
- Add 1 slice of mozzarella to each baguette.
- Place back into the oven and bake for another 4 - 5 minutes (cheese is fully melted)
- Remove from oven
- Add a pinch of basil to each baguette.
- Eat!
