Chicken Hearts



Happy Thursday! Don't be a pussy and be scared of this one, just fucking eat it!

Chicken Hearts

yes, that's right, hearts




What you'll need:
  1. 1lb chicken hearts, rinsed and drained.
  2. 2 tablespoons butter
  3. 2 cloves garlic chopped
  4. 2 green onions chopped
  5. Garlic Salt
Instructions:
  1. In a small pan add butter, garlic and green onions on medium heat.
  2. Add chicken hearts and bring to a boil.
  3. Once at a boil drop to low heat and cover, cook until juices are gone, stirring occasionally. (15 - 20 minutes)
  4. Once the juices are gone  remove cover and cook for another 5 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat, add garlic salt.
  6. Eat up!
Internal organs are delicious.
