Spicy Tuna Wrap

Tuesday again, hope you all enjoyed Turkey Day.

Spicy Tuna Wrap

mmmm fish in a can

What you'll need:
  1. 12 ounce can tuna
  2. 1/3 cup Mayonnaise (Hellmann's recommended)
  3. 2 tablespoons Sriracha Hot Sauce
  4. 2 green onions chopped
  5. 1 Cup Cooked Brown rice
  6. Tortilla wraps
  7. Spinach
  8. Shredded Carrots
  9. 1 Avocado sliced
  10. 1 can of Water Chestnuts

  1. In a medium bowl combine Tuna, Mayo, Sriracha and Green Onions.
  2. Spread a thin layer of the tuna on the tortilla.
  3. Top with a thin layer of brown rice.
  4. Add 5 water chestnuts, a thin layer of spinach, another thin layer of shredded carrots and a slice of avocado.
  5. Roll it up, secure with toothpick if needed.
  6. Eat up!
Sorry for lack of exact measurements on how much of each to place on the wrap, it depends on what size tortilla you're using and I usually just wing it as I go.
