Egg Salad

It's Thursday, another twofer day, 31 days of Halloween sketch coming tonight.

Egg Salad

EGGS!

What you'll need:

1. Oven
2. Medium Pot
3. Medium Bowl
4. 8 eggs
5. 1/2 cup mayonnaise
6. 1/4 cup Chopped Green Onion
7. 1 teaspoon horseradish mustard
8. 1 teaspoon extra hot horseradish
9. 1/4 teaspoon paprika
10. 1/8 teaspoon salt
11. 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Instructions:

1. In a Medium Pot place 8 eggs and cover with water, no more than 1 inch over the top of the eggs.
2. Add a pinch of salt and a pinch of baking soda to the water.
3. On medium heat bring to a boil.
4. Once at a boil, let cook for 1 minute.
5. Remove from heat and let sit for 15 minutes.
6. After 15 minutes run the eggs under cold water for 2 - 3 minutes.
7. Peel and chop eggs and place into medium bowl.
8. Add mayonnaise, green onion, horseradish mustard, horseradish, paprika, salt and pepper to the bowl.
9. Mix well.
10. Eat!
