Beef & Bacon Stroganoff

Happy Tuesday, recipes will resume, as for the 31 days of Halloween sketches, I'll keep adding them as I do them but chances of getting all 31 done at this point are pretty slim.

Beef & Bacon Stroganoff

sweet delicious meats *drool*

What you'll need:
  1. Slow Cooker
  2. 2.25 lbs of ground beef
  3. 10 strips bacon cooked to your liking crumbled or cut into pieces.
  4. 1 large onion (chopped)
  5. 4 cloves of garlic (chopped)
  6. 1 cup beef broth
  7. 4 tablespoons flour
  8. 1 stick of butter (8 tablespoons)
  9. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  10. 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  11. 2 teaspoons horseradish mustard
  12. 2 teaspoons horseradish
  13. 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  14. 2/3 cup sour cream
  15. 2/3 cup cream cheese
  16. 8 oz Shiitake mushrooms
  17. 1lb pasta (cooked)
  1. Throw the ground beef, onion, garlic, beef broth, flour, butter, salt, pepper, mustard, horseradish and Worcestershire into the crock pot and mix.
  2. Cook on High for 2 hours stirring occasionally.
  3. Add bacon pieces and mushrooms and mix.
  4. Cook on high for 1 hour 30 minutes.
  5. Add Sour Cream and Cream Cheese and mix well.
  6. Cook on High for 30 minutes.
  7. Add Cooked pasta and mix well.
  8. Eat up! (sprinkle some basil on top and inhale)
