Strawberry Gin and Tonic

Welcome to Tuesday, time for a new recipe, for those who are following/reading/watching, whatever the fuck you're doing, I will try to update in a regular pattern, twice a week, Tuesdays and Thursdays, Enjoy.

Strawberry Gin and Tonic

Some day I may or may not learn to take better pictures.

Ingredients:

1. Collins Glass
2. Shaker
3. Muddler
4. Strainer
5. Jigger
6. Stirring spoon or stick
7. 1/2 oz lime juice
8. 1 oz simple syrup
9. 1 large strawberry sliced, reserving 1 slice for garnish
10. 2 oz gin
11. Tonic water
12. Ice

Instructions:

1. Add the simple syrup, lime juice and strawberry slices to the shaker (keep 1 slice for garnish to the side).
2. Muddle the strawberry slices.
3. Add ice and 2 ounces of gin.
4. Shake the hell out of it.
5. Strain into Collins glass filled with ice.
6. Top with Tonic water and stir.
7. Add slice of strawberry to side of the glass to garnish.
8. Drink!
