Jerk Chicken

Fire up the grill, today we are making

Jerk Chicken

fuck measurements, just dump it all in the blender and see what happens.



What you'll need: Blender, Two 1 gallon sealable plastic bags, 4 green onions (chopped), 1 large onion (chopped), 2 jalapeno peppers (seeded and chopped), 4 cloves of garlic, 3/4 cup soy sauce, 1/2 cup white vinegar, 1/4 cup vegetable oil, 2 tablespoons brown sugar, 1/2 tablespoon thyme, 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves, 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg, 1/2 teaspoon ground allspice, 3 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts.

Instructions:
  1. Put the Green Onions, Onion, Jalapeno Peppers, Garlic, Soy Sauce, White Vinegar, Vegetable Oil, Brown Sugar, Thyme, Cloves, Nutmeg and Allspice into the blender.
  2. Blend til Smooth.
  3. Put the chicken into 2 separate sealable bags and dump half the marinade in each.
  4. Refrigerate over night, flipping the bags and massaging the marinade into the chicken occasionally.
  5. Lightly oil the grill grate.
  6. Preheat Grill for high heat.
  7. Add chicken to the grill and cook til an instant read thermometer reads 165° or til juices run clear.
  8. Remove from grill and let sit for an additional 5 minutes.
  9. Eat Up!

ok ok, I used measurements, my blender wasn't big enough to handle everything.
make sure those bitches are tightly sealed or there's gonna be a mess
