Nacho Dip
This is the beginning to your nacho dipping goodness. |
What you'll need: Slow Cooker, 1lb ground beef (get it fatty, don't be a pussy, this is fucking nacho dip if your watching your calories go suck on an ice cube not nachos), 1lb Mexican Mild Velveeta cut into cubes, 1lb Hot Salsa, 1 can of green chilies (4.5 ounce), 1 packet Hot Taco Seasoning.
Instructions:
- Brown the ground beef in the microwave for 5 minutes.
- Add ground beef and packet of taco seasoning to the Slow Cooker on High and mix.
- Add Velveeta, Salsa and Green Chilies and mix.
- Close lid and cook on High for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
- Drop heat to Low and serve.
- Eat up, be warned, it's addicting.
