Nacho Dip

Another Boozeless recipe, sorry, more alcohol coming, I promise.

Nacho Dip

This is the beginning to your nacho dipping goodness.



What you'll need: Slow Cooker, 1lb ground beef (get it fatty, don't be a pussy, this is fucking nacho dip if your watching your calories go suck on an ice cube not nachos), 1lb Mexican Mild Velveeta cut into cubes, 1lb Hot Salsa, 1 can of green chilies (4.5 ounce), 1 packet Hot Taco Seasoning.

Instructions:
  1. Brown the ground beef in the microwave for 5 minutes.
  2. Add ground beef and packet of taco seasoning to the Slow Cooker on High and mix.
  3. Add Velveeta, Salsa and Green Chilies and mix.
  4. Close lid and cook on High for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
  5. Drop heat to Low and serve.
  6. Eat up, be warned, it's addicting.
Why is it most slow cooker meals look like vomit?
That's a little better.
