Bourbon Pork Chops

When drinking bourbon isn't enough, we add it to food!

Bourbon Pork Chops

Ah Evan, my old friend, so many delicious uses.

What you'll need: Dijon Mustard, Brown Sugar, Worcestershire Sauce, Tablespoon, Mixing Bowl, 4 - 8 Pork Chops (I used 8 boneless), and of course Bourbon.

Instructions:
  1. Add 4 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard, 6 Tablespoons Brown Sugar, 5 Tablespoons Bourbon, and 3 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce to mixing bowl.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Put Pork chops into a large sealable bag and add marinade mixture.
  4. Seal and refrigerate overnight flipping occasionally.
  5. Empty marinade into a pot and bring to a boil stirring constantly.
  6. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
  7. Put Pork chops on Grill at medium heat.
  8. Add mixture to top of porkchops and allow to cook for 6 - 10 minutes (depends on grill and your own tastes).
  9. Flip chops and add more mixture and allow to cook for another 6 - 10 minutes until desired doneness.
  10. Remove from Grill and Enjoy!
Tastes much better than it looks.
