When drinking bourbon isn't enough, we add it to food!
Bourbon Pork Chops
|
Ah Evan, my old friend, so many delicious uses. |
What
you'll need: Dijon Mustard, Brown Sugar, Worcestershire Sauce, Tablespoon, Mixing Bowl, 4 - 8 Pork Chops (I used 8 boneless), and of course Bourbon.
Instructions:
- Add 4 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard, 6 Tablespoons Brown Sugar, 5 Tablespoons Bourbon, and 3 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce to mixing bowl.
- Mix well.
- Put Pork chops into a large sealable bag and add marinade mixture.
- Seal and refrigerate overnight flipping occasionally.
- Empty marinade into a pot and bring to a boil stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat and allow to cool.
- Put Pork chops on Grill at medium heat.
- Add mixture to top of porkchops and allow to cook for 6 - 10 minutes (depends on grill and your own tastes).
- Flip chops and add more mixture and allow to cook for another 6 - 10 minutes until desired doneness.
- Remove from Grill and Enjoy!
