Another Wednesday is here, another Psych based recipe. I will pummel this show into you people until everyone watches and enjoys it just as much as I. So every Wednesday
, while Psych is having new episodes and I can still think of shit to make, I will have a recipe made from either Cinnamon, or Pineapple or something else from the show (yeh Japadogs, you guys are coming once I get the grill fired up).

Let the fatassing begin |
What
you'll need:
- 10 inch Bundt Pan
- Medium Bowl
- Small Pot
- 3 packages of Biscuit Dough (36 ounces) 2.25 packages if you can only find the 16.3 oz large Biscuits
- 1 Cup White Sugar
- 2 Teaspoons Cinnamon
- 1/2 Cup Butter
- 1 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla extract
Instructions:
- Preheat the Oven to 350°.
- Grease up the Bundt Pan.
- In a Medium Bowl, mix the Cinnamon and Sugar.
- Cut the Biscuits into quarters.
- Toss the Biscuit quarters in the Cinnamon Sugar mix until well coated.
- Arrange Biscuits in Bundt Pan.
- In Pot, melt butter and brown sugar on medium heat.
- Bring to a boil and stir regularly.
- Once at a boil, add 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla and mix well.
- Remove from heat and pour the mixture evenly over the biscuits.
- Bake at 350° for 35 - 45 minutes.
- Remove from Oven and let cool in pan for 10 minutes.
- Flip Bundt Pan onto a plate, smack the top with a knife and lift it up.
- Drool over gooey goodness.
- Pick off pieces and Eat Up!
- Note. I actually think it's better on day 2, cold or warm, to reheat just heat in microwave for 30 - 40 seconds.
