Whiskey Sour

Ingredients:

1. Rocks Glass
2. Shaker
3. Ice
4. Jigger
5. Strainer
6. 1 ounce Rye Whiskey
7. 1 ounce Lemon Juice
8. 1 teaspoon sugar
9. 1 dash grapefruit bitters
10. Egg Whites from 1 large egg, or 2 tablespoons of egg whites

Instructions:

1. Fill shaker with ice.
2. Add 1 teaspoon of sugar, 1 ounce Rye Whiskey, 1 ounce Lemon Juice, dash of bitters and 2 tablespoons of egg whites to shaker.
3. Shake the hell out of it, get that egg nice and frothy.
4. Strain into rocks glass.
5. Drink!
