Spicy Tuna Wrap

What
you'll need:
- 12 ounce can tuna
- 1/3 cup Mayonnaise (Hellmann's recommended)
- 2 tablespoons Sriracha Hot Sauce
- 2 green onions chopped
- 1 Cup Cooked Brown rice
- Tortilla wraps
- Spinach
- Shredded Carrots
- 1 Avocado sliced
- 1 can of Water Chestnuts
Instructions:
- In a medium bowl combine Tuna, Mayo, Sriracha and Green Onions.
- Spread a thin layer of the tuna on the tortilla.
- Top with a thin layer of brown rice.
- Add 5 water chestnuts, a thin layer of spinach, another thin layer of shredded carrots and a slice of avocado.
- Roll it up, secure with toothpick if needed.
- Eat up!
Sorry for lack of exact measurements on how much of each to place on the wrap, it depends on what size tortilla you're using and I usually just wing it as I go.
