Chicken Hearts

What
you'll need:
- 1lb chicken hearts, rinsed and drained.
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic chopped
- 2 green onions chopped
- Garlic Salt
Instructions:
- In a small pan add butter, garlic and green onions on medium heat.
- Add chicken hearts and bring to a boil.
- Once at a boil drop to low heat and cover, cook until juices are gone, stirring occasionally. (15 - 20 minutes)
- Once the juices are gone remove cover and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat, add garlic salt.
- Eat up!
Internal organs are delicious.
