Now that Psych is over my posts are no longer Wednesday required and or pineapple/cinnamon/psych related, however because Arrested Development came back, have another one for that show.


What you'll need:
  1. 3/4 Cup Corn
  2. 1 Tablespoon Flour
  3. 2 Tablespoons Butter
  4. 1/2 Cup Milk
  5. 1/4 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  6. 1/4 Teaspoon Ancho Chili Powder
  7. 1/4 Teaspoon Cayenne
  8. Salt & Pepper to Taste
  9. 3 bowls
  10. 1/4 cup Flour
  11. 1 Egg Beaten
  12. 1 Cup Panko Bread Crumbs
  13. Optional for Dipping Sauce (2 Tablespoons Mayo, 1.5 Tablespoons Sriracha, 1 Tablespoon Ketchup)
  1. Heat butter in a pan, add 1 tablespoon of flour, mix, add milk, stir til thick.
  2. Once thick, remove from heat and allow to cool.
  3. Add Corn, Salt, Pepper, Cayenne, and Ancho Chili Powder, Mix.
  4. Add Shredded Cheddar, Mix.
  5. Allow to Cool. (I put in freeze until I could shape into a ball, 20 - 30 minutes)
  6. Place separately in 3 bowls and place side by side, 1/4 cup flour, 1 beaten egg and 1 cup bread crumbs.
  7. Coat each cornball with flour, then egg, then bread crumbs.
  8. Deep fry at 375° until golden brown.
  9. Eat Up and watch Arrested Development.
  10. Optional: If you would like a dipping sauce, mix 2 tablespoons Mayo, 1.5 Tablespoons Sriracha and 1 Tablespoon Ketchup, ta da, dipping sauce!
