Grilled Pineapple



It's here, the season finale of Psych, that came way too quick, so this will be the last Psych themed/related recipe until the musical in the fall, this is a simple one, keeping it easy.

Grilled Pineapple

Can you spot the pineapple? shhhh..you'll scare it away.




What you'll need:
  1. Grill
  2. Gallon Storage Bag
  3. 1 Pineapple, cored and sliced about a half inch thick
  4. 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  5. 1 Tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
  6. 1 Tablespoon Honey
  7. 1/2 Tablespoon Sriracha
  8. 1/4 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
Instructions:
  1. Place Pineapple slices into Gallon Storage bag.
  2. Add in Olive Oil, Balsamic Vinegar, Honey, Sriracha and Cayenne.
  3. Mix well and seal.
  4. Place into refrigerator for minimum of 1 hour.
  5. Heat Grill on high.
  6. Place Pineapple slices onto grill.
  7. Grill until lightly browned and grill marks show then flip, do the same for the other side.
  8. Remove.
  9. Eat Up.


Let sit for minimum of 1 hour, preferably 1 day in fridge.

Yes, my grill is filthy, it adds a nice charred smokey flavor...
