Monkey Bread

Another Wednesday is here, another Psych based recipe. I will pummel this show into you people until everyone watches and enjoys it just as much as I. So every Wednesday, while Psych is having new episodes and I can still think of shit to make, I will have a recipe made from either Cinnamon, or Pineapple or something else from the show (yeh Japadogs, you guys are coming once I get the grill fired up).

Monkey Bread

Let the fatassing begin

What you'll need:
  1. 10 inch Bundt Pan
  2. Medium Bowl
  3. Small Pot
  4. 3 packages of Biscuit Dough (36 ounces) 2.25 packages if you can only find the 16.3 oz large Biscuits
  5. 1 Cup White Sugar
  6. 2 Teaspoons Cinnamon
  7. 1/2 Cup Butter
  8. 1 Cup Brown Sugar
  9. 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla extract
Instructions:
  1. Preheat the Oven to 350°.
  2. Grease up the Bundt Pan.
  3. In a Medium Bowl, mix the Cinnamon and Sugar.
  4. Cut the Biscuits into quarters.
  5. Toss the Biscuit quarters in the Cinnamon Sugar mix until well coated.
  6. Arrange Biscuits in Bundt Pan.
  7. In Pot, melt butter and brown sugar on medium heat.
  8. Bring to a boil and stir regularly.
  9. Once at a boil, add 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla and mix well.
  10. Remove from heat and pour the mixture evenly over the biscuits.
  11. Bake at 350° for 35 - 45 minutes.
  12. Remove from Oven and let cool in pan for 10 minutes.
  13. Flip Bundt Pan onto a plate, smack the top with a knife and lift it up.
  14. Drool over gooey goodness.
  15. Pick off pieces and Eat Up!
  16. Note. I actually think it's better on day 2, cold or warm, to reheat  just heat in microwave for 30 - 40 seconds.

Mix it well
quarters, 1/4's, fourths, whatever, cut em up, toss em in sugar
layer em, bonus points if u can start from the top and go down
looks healthy
get it in there, cover all of it with that sticky goodness
just soakin in it
You know that's right.
