Ok, so I've been slacking on updates as of late, 21 days since my last update? yeeesh, anyways, it's humpday so have a drink. This one has multiple parts, Mint Simple Syrup, Mango
purée and finally the prize, the Mango Mojito.
This may take a little longer, but you'll have simple syrup left over for a few batches, and enough p
urée for 4 or 5 mojitos. Unfortunately, you'll likely drink them in less time than it took to make everything.
Mmmm, mojitos.
