Red Velvet White Chocolate Chip Cookies

Whelp, Greeting Card day is right around the corner so have something red because it looks like blood or some shit? I don't know, tired, every day needs to be Saturday.

Red Velvet White Chocolate Chip Cookies

This is an easy one

What you'll need:

1. 1 box Red Velvet Cake Mix
2. 1 cup White Chocolate Chips
3. 2 Eggs
4. 1/3 cup Vegetable Oil
5. large wooden spoon
6. medium bowl
7. cookie sheet
8. parchment paper

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 375°.
2. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper.
3. In the bowl mix together the Red Velvet Cake Mix, Eggs and Vegetable Oil.
4. Stir in the White Chocolate Chips.
5. Drop cookie dough 1/4 cup at a time onto the cookie sheet (you can do smaller if you don't like large cookies). 
6. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes. 
7. Allow to cool. 
8. Eat up!
