Happy Thursday, it'll be a twofer day, sometime tonight gets the day 4 of the 31 days of Halloween doodle, til then, enjoy a new recipe.
Shredded BBQ Chicken

Ah the Slow Cooker, back so soon? |
What
you'll need:
- Slow Cooker
- 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 18 ounce bottle of barbeque sauce
- 1/2 cup Italian dressing
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic Powder
- 1 cup Chicken Broth
Instructions:
- Throw the chicken breasts into the slow cooker and season with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
- Add 1 cup of Chicken broth.
- Cook on high for 4 hours.
- Remove Chicken and let cool for 10 minutes.
- Drain grease from slow cooker.
- Shred Chicken (Take 2 forks insert 1 fork into 1 end of the chicken and hold, insert 2nd fork into chicken near 1st fork and pull away, shredding the chicken, rinse repeat til all the chicken is shredded)
- Place the shredded chicken back into the slow cooker
- Add 1/4 cup brown sugar, 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce, 1/2 cup Italian dressing and the 18 ounce bottle of BBQ sauce.
- Mix well.
- Cook on high for 2 more hours, mixing occasionally.
- Eat up! (Slap that shit on a roll with a slice of cheddar, some horseradish and some red onion)
