Bourbon Pumpkin Pie


Hola, bitches. It's fucking hump day, and I'm trying to fight off a cold, so have yourselves some Pie, better yet, add Bourbon, and have Bourbon Pie, because Bourbon...that is all, Enjoy!

Bourbon Pumpkin Pie

Really, I could throw everything in the trash but the bourbon,
that's all that matters anyway, right?




What you'll need:
  1. Medium Bowl
  2. 1 Graham Cracker Pie Crust.
  3. 15 oz can Pumpkin
  4. 14 oz can Sweetened Condensed Milk
  5. 2 Eggs
  6. 2 oz Bourbon
  7. 2 teaspoons Cinnamon
  8. 1/2 teaspoon Ginger
  9. 1/2 teaspoon Nutmeg
  10. 1/2 teaspoon Ground Cloves
  11. 1/2 teaspoon Salt
Instructions:
  1. Preheat Oven to 425°.
  2. In a Medium Bowl mix pumpkin, condensed milk, bourbon, eggs, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cloves and salt until smooth.
  3. Pour into pie crust.
  4. Bake 15 minutes.
  5. Reduce heat to 350°.
  6. Bake for another 35 - 40 minutes.
  7. Cool.
  8. Top with Whipped Cream.
  9. Eat that shit!
