Grilled Vegetables



Slacking on my sketching and my drinking, so have another food recipe while I hang my head in shame. On the upside, Hump Day! C'mon Friday!

Grilled Vegetables

I forgot to take a pic of the veggies pre-sliced....so deal with it




What you'll need:
  1. Small Bowl 
  2. 2 Gallon Ziploc Bags
  3. Grill
  4. 1 Red Onion, quartered
  5. 1 Red Bell Pepper, seeded and sliced thin
  6. 1 Green Bell Pepper, seeded and sliced thin
  7. 1 Egg Plant, sliced thin
  8. 1 Zucchini, sliced thin
  9. 1 Squash, sliced thin
  10. 10 oz Mushrooms, sliced
  11. 1 Bushel of Asparagus, cut in half
  12. 3 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  13. 2 Tablespoon Horseradish Mustard
  14. 2 Teaspoons Maple Syrup
  15. 4 Cloves Garlic, Minced
  16. 1 teaspoon Sea Salt
  17. 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  18. Balsamic Vinegar
  19. Parmesan Cheese
Instructions:
  1. Put half of each of the Vegetables in each bag.
  2. In small bowl, mix together Olive Oil, Mustard, Maple Syrup, Garlic, Sea Salt and Black Pepper.
  3. Dump half of the mixture into each bag.
  4. Close bags and toss until vegetables are well coated.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  6.  Dump the contents of 1 bag into the grill basket and grill on medium to medium high heat.(can do both if your grill basket is large enough)
  7. Grill until vegetables begin to get a light char.
  8. Remove from Grill.
  9. Sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese and a splash of Balsamic Vinegar.
  10. Eat!
Mix up that shit
Don't measure it out, just eyeball it
Toss around til evenly coated.
GRILL BASKET!!!!!!!!!!
