Herb Chicken Marinade

Happy Thursday!

Herb Chicken Marinade

dump it all in a bag and let it soak

What you'll need:
  1. Instant read thermometer
  2. Large Pan
  3. 1 Large resealable storage bag
  4. 3 boneless chicken breasts.
  5. 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  6. 1 teaspoon thyme
  7. 1 teaspoon rosemary
  8. 1 teaspoon oregano
  9. 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  10. 3 tablespoons horseradish mustard
  11. 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  12. 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  13. 1 teaspoon black pepper
  1. In a large bag, dump in all ingredients except the chicken.
  2. Seal the bag and shake to mix it up.
  3. Open the bag and toss in the chicken breasts, flipping and massaging occasionally.
  4. Refrigerate overnight.
  5. Heat Pan on medium heat.
  6. Add Chicken breasts.
  7. Cook until instant read thermometer hits 165° when inserted into the center of the breast
  8. Eat up!
