Slacking on my sketching and my drinking, so have another food recipe while I hang my head in shame. On the upside, Hump Day! C'mon Friday!
Grilled Vegetables

What
you'll need:
- Small Bowl
- 2 Gallon Ziploc Bags
- Grill
- 1 Red Onion, quartered
- 1 Red Bell Pepper, seeded and sliced thin
- 1 Green Bell Pepper, seeded and sliced thin
- 1 Egg Plant, sliced thin
- 1 Zucchini, sliced thin
- 1 Squash, sliced thin
- 10 oz Mushrooms, sliced
- 1 Bushel of Asparagus, cut in half
- 3 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 Tablespoon Horseradish Mustard
- 2 Teaspoons Maple Syrup
- 4 Cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1 teaspoon Sea Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- Balsamic Vinegar
- Parmesan Cheese
Instructions:
- Put half of each of the Vegetables in each bag.
- In small bowl, mix together Olive Oil, Mustard, Maple Syrup, Garlic, Sea Salt and Black Pepper.
- Dump half of the mixture into each bag.
- Close bags and toss until vegetables are well coated.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Dump the contents of 1 bag into the grill basket and grill on medium to medium high heat.(can do both if your grill basket is large enough)
- Grill until vegetables begin to get a light char.
- Remove from Grill.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese and a splash of Balsamic Vinegar.
- Eat!
