Herb Chicken Marinade
dump it all in a bag and let it soak |
What you'll need:
- Instant read thermometer
- Large Pan
- 1 Large resealable storage bag
- 3 boneless chicken breasts.
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 3 tablespoons horseradish mustard
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- In a large bag, dump in all ingredients except the chicken.
- Seal the bag and shake to mix it up.
- Open the bag and toss in the chicken breasts, flipping and massaging occasionally.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- Heat Pan on medium heat.
- Add Chicken breasts.
- Cook until instant read thermometer hits 165° when inserted into the center of the breast
- Eat up!
